How it works

Services are delivered month-to-month with 60 days notice to cancel. A one-time onboarding fee applies, equal to one month's recurring charges, covering transition, documentation, baseline setup, and environment standardization.

Microsoft 365 licensing is managed and billed at competitive rates through our distributor partnership. Your M365 costs are transparent and listed as a separate line item on each invoice, so you always know exactly what you're paying for licensing versus managed services.

Onsite support, after-hours work, and projects are scoped and quoted separately. No work is billed without your prior approval.
